Return & Refund Policy - PlantsGCC

Plants are living products and require proper care; therefore, returns are handled with special conditions to ensure fairness and quality for all customers. We strive to deliver healthy, fresh plants, but in rare cases where issues occur, we handle them responsibly.

Customers must report any damaged, unhealthy, or incorrect plant within 24–48 hours of delivery, supported with clear photographs and order details. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for review due to the natural growth and care requirements of plants. Returns are accepted only if the plant arrives damaged, diseased, or significantly different from the description.

Plants requiring replacement must be returned in the original pot/packaging (if possible) and must not show signs of neglect, lack of watering, or mishandling after delivery. If approved, PlantsGCC may offer a replacement, a partial refund, or store credit based on the situation.

Return shipping cost may be covered by PlantsGCC only when the item was delivered incorrectly or arrived damaged. For personal preference changes (color, size, or type selected incorrectly by the customer), returns may not be accepted. Non-living accessories (pots, tools, soil mixes) can be returned unused within 7 days with proof of purchase.

All decisions regarding refund eligibility will be made fairly by PlantsGCC after reviewing evidence and condition.
